Soooo... I went to a Christian music festival called Sonshine. It was great! I saw so many amazing bands and felt the Spirit move in such an incredible way. Sure I got a concussion and a cracked rib or two, but it was the best time! I met and had a conversation with the lead singer of Oh, Sleeper; someone who I've looked up to for the longest time. I also met Since October and had a few laughs with those guys. The mosh pits were brutal and such a blast, even if they were dangerous for a shorty like me

I also met someone

His name is Jeff and he is everything I've been praying for. He doesn't smoke, drink, do drugs or swear. And the best part is, he doesn't want sex. Not now, not even a year from now. He wants to save himself for marriage, I've never met a guy that feels that way. I feel so blessed to have him in my life. What's even better is that he likes me, flaws and all. He knows my past, all the terrible things I've done and misfortune that's come my way, but still wants me in his life in a romantic manner. And he LOVES God! I'm so excited to have a Godly relationship with him, the first one I've ever had!

We met on my 7 months of sobriety after he saved my sorry butt from being trampled in a pit, that night alone we sat and talked for 3 hours. He asked me out on my 4 months self harm free. I can feel God working in this relationship. We aren't physical, at all. We just talk; about life, dreams, God and just random things. There is no awkward gaps or tension, the words just flow freely between us.

The only sucky thing is distance. He lives 85 miles away from me and that's a good two hour drive.
